Residential services

Tailored, personalised support for people with learning disabilities, mostly in small, homely settings that allow our trained, friendly and dedicated staff to focus on providing the right amount of support in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Supported living

Innovative support, focused on supporting people to be as independent as possible within their own homes and in the local community. We support and encourage individuals with household tasks, going shopping and managing money, as well as accessing local facilities like leisure centers and libraries, and fulfilling their education or employment wishes..

Our approach to support

Our specialist staff teams are highly trained and experienced in supporting adults with a learning disability. They are determined on doing everything they possibly can to improve peoples health and well-being, and are focused on achieving positive outcomes.

At GreatFuture Support Ltd, we offer an holistic approach to support with each of our services being further supported by a dedicated Positive Behaviour Support specialist and other professionals including GPs, medical professionals, speech and language therapy teams, dieticians, social workers, chiropodists, opticians, community psychiatric nurses and other specialist roles.

By having these close working partnerships in place, each individual receives the required support to meet all of their needs.
