Support Workers/Live in Support Workers
Supported Accommodation Units
Location: Southend, Chelmsford, Havering & Medway
Duties include supporting clients with day to day living, budgeting, report writing and achieving goals set out in their support plan, accompanying clients to appointments etc, working in partnership with external agencies both statutory and non-statutory, excellent communication skills.
Successful candidates must have a proven track record of working with this client group
Shift patterns: are AM 7am until 3pm, PM 3pm until 10pm and Nights 10pm until 7am. Flexibility is a must with weekends included in the working shift pattern. There are both full time and part time hours.
Family Intervention Workers
Location: Romford, Southend & Colchester
We are seeking additional staff to deliver on our services that support children to spend time with the parent they do not live with. The role involve observing contact between children and families and writing a report of your observation. The Family Intervention role also entails focused work reducing barriers and resistance to agreeing arrangements. Most sessions will be at weekends but there needs to be flexibility within the week and at evenings to suit the needs of the families.
Live in Carers

As a Live-in Carer, you will be matched with a client whom you will be supporting in and around their own home. We offer full care certificate training, support and a genuine career pathway to help you fulfill your potential as a Carer. This role involves supporting people with everyday tasks such as all aspects of personal care, household services, shopping, accessing the community, medication reminders, companionship etc.
Care Coordinators
Location: London, Essex & Kent
You will be expected to work collaboratively with the the Registered Manager, Social Services and other stakeholders to ensure that the highest standards of care are provided. You must be willing to embrace all aspects of the role including, but not limited to, providing support with personal care and domestic tasks, and supporting individuals to access employment, education, and social opportunities. We value the personal skills and interests you will bring to both the role and the lives of the people we support. This may include expertise in an area such as sport and outdoor pursuits, creative arts, music, and cooking.
